"Teens Learning Computers ("TLC") Program

West Los Angeles College's project enhances access to technology for special population students.  The Teens Learning Computers (TLC) program provides an on-campus computer instructional program to teenaged children of the college's adult population.

The course provides supervised computer instruction, computer literacy and skill building lessons to teens after high school hours.  A workbook of computer exercises was developed.  The project also supports college access for the teens.
