Welding Program Prepares Students for Certification Testing |

The Welding Technology program at Ventura College offers an extensive array of courses designed to prepare students for American Welding Society certification in the following areas:
¨ Los Angeles City/AWS Structural Steel (SMAW/FCAW) ¨ AWS/API/ASME Pipe ¨ Rebar ¨ Light Gauge ¨ Nav-Ship (TIG/MIG)
The College is a designated AWS certification-testing center and Gary R. Lewis, faculty member for the program, is a Certified Welding Inspector and a certified structural steel welder.
