Online Academy features staff development courses

 

Southwestern College has developed an Online Academy – a collection of online courses and resources – that are available to faculty and staff for professional development training.  Courses that are offered for the 2003-04 year include:

 

  • ¨        Clicks Gone Berserk – a course that prepares faculty for developing and presenting online courses.

  • ¨        Microsoft Word XP, Excel and PowerPoint – courses that help faculty prepare documents and graphics for computerized presentations.

  • ¨        Bb Online – a course that helps faculty develop an online course using Blackboard, the College’s course management system.
