Sierra Offers Self-Paced Career Planning Course

Sierra College’s Career Development Center has developed a self-paced nine-hour, .5 unit credit/no credit course based on a seven step process:

• Step One – Career Assessment Inventories

• Step Two – Skills Assessment

• Step Three – Values Assessment

• Step Four – Career Assessment Results

• Step Five – Career Research

• Step Six – Career Counseling Appointment

• Step Seven – Class Evaluation
