Students Supported in Development of Educational Plan for Training in Advanced Transportation Technology |

The City College of San Francisco developed a recruitment plan and training program for students interested in the transportation field - specifically train conductor and railroad operations. Students were helped to develop an educational plan, received tutoring, and attended workshops on test taking, study skills and job interviewing. The college also developed a brochure in cooperation with the municipal transit unions that alerted transit employees to career advancement courses at the college.
