Instructor’s Survival Guide Includes Section on Retention Strategies |

San Diego Miramar College has developed and posted an Instructor’s Survival Guide at: http://www.miramar.sdccd.net/survivalguide/ that includes information on administrative, library, student and instructional services, as well as resources and retention strategies. Retention strategies include activities for the first few days of the semester and throughout the instructional period, teaching techniques for student success, ideas for testing preparation and for helping students with disabilities, and administrative support for student retention.
