Strategic Plan uses Balanced Measurement System to achieve Outcome Measures

As part of their four-year strategic plan, Saddleback College’s Office of Research, Planning and Grants has instituted a Balanced Measurement System for managing institutional effectiveness and achieving breakthrough performance.

The system includes a series of performance measures with appropriate benchmarks, and sources of information; and performance and effectiveness of organizational strategies are analyzed using four perspectives: Internal Stakeholders, External Stakeholders, Financial and Operational Performance, and Growth and Innovation.
