Annual Outcomes & Effectiveness Report monitors progress of college’s strategic plan

 

 

Saddleback College’s Office of Research, Planning and Grants has published the fall 2002 “Annual Outcomes & Effectiveness Report” as part of a monitoring process of a four-year strategic plan. 

The report features an Effectiveness Scorecard that evaluates how well the college responded to the needs of its students, community, businesses and the state Chancellor’s Office. 

Strategic goals including 1) Promote Student Success, 2) Sustain Standards of Excellence, 3) Respond to Education Consumerism, and 4) Support an Essential Learning Environment have been aligned with the Chancellor’s Goals, and outcomes for all activity have been summarized under each area. 

Recommendations and next steps, organized by goal, detail program activities for the coming year.
