Class schedule market research analyzes best way to recruit and inform students of course offerings |

Saddleback College’s Office of Research, Planning and Grants conducted a survey and focus groups to analyze the content, format and design of the published class schedule in order to determine its general effectiveness as a marketing tool. The study was based on the belief that “the schedule of classes is the single most important recruitment and information tool for both new and existing students.”
