Riverside College’s Counseling Web page offers a tool to help students achieve success in the classroom – the College Success Factors Index (CSFI). CSFI modules focus on what skills and abilities students must have to be successful in eight key areas: Control & Responsibility, Competition, Task Precision, Expectations, Wellness, Time Management, College Involvement, and Family Involvement.
