5 Star Customer Service Training Offered to Faculty and Staff |

Mt. San Antonio College’s Staff Development Office developed a 5 Star Customer Service Program for faculty and staff to improve communication and service provider skills to students, colleagues and the public. The training focuses on three main areas: Communicating in a Diverse Workplace, Face-to-Face Communication, and Telephone Skills.
