Mt. San Antonio College Program Review Process
The reviews assess activities and services. As a component of the review process, satisfaction surveys are administered to four key groups that are actively involved in program activities or services, including program staff, students, a cohort of faculty and administrators, and employers. Survey results are compiled and results are analyzed to look for trends. Areas that need improvement are identified and new goals and objectives are written into a new strategic plan.
