Faculty Mentoring Program Compensates Instructors for Training Others |

Moorpark College has developed a Faculty Mentoring Program to encourage peer-to-peer professional development opportunities. The program allows faculty to train and learn from each other on subjects including innovative approaches to teaching and successful classroom strategies to improve learning. Participants are paid $40 per hour, up to a maximum of 25 hours per instructor.
