Long Beach City College has several on - line resources that provide assistance to students who want to explore careers and assess their personal interests and strengths. The career resources page includes tools for researching careers, salaries, resumes, cover letters and portfolios, and current job listings. The interest inventory site includes tools for assessing personality traits, reading habits, mathematics confidence, study environments, college readiness, and career interests.
