"Women in the Trades Orientation Workshops for College and High School Counselors". Seven workshops for 75 high school counselors and 25 college staff were held at Long Beach Community College during 2005 to present existing career pathways for women in the trades. 2006 News! Additional workshops were to be held for LBCC at homeless shelters, at Industrial and Technology Faculty meetings, and for women faculty in technical and trades areas at LBCC.
