At Quality Methods
International Inc. (QMI), we're in the business of helping companies, large
and small, implement the technologies of a visual workplace — on
their production floor and in their offices.
This is
not an ordinary
5S/industrial housekeeping approach, but the launch of an extraordinary
visual strategy developed by Dr. Gwendolyn Galsworth which builds a common
improvement language and common sense directly into your production floor
and offices. Your journey to a visual workplace begins with 5S+1: Visual
Order®. It's your first step to putting an end to costly secrets,
micro-supervision and most traditional forms of inspection.
