Grossmont College Career Center Aligns with National Career Development Guidelines

     The staff has a clear understanding of its role within the department as well as the vision, mission and goals.  The supervisor strives to align the center's guidelines with the National Career Development Guidelines. 

The career center actively seeks alternate funds to supplement the operating budget.  Because of this, staff applied for and received Title III grant funds, which are being used to fund career development software.
