The California Council for Excellence The California Council for Excellence has developed a Baldrige-based online assessment that companies and organizations can use to assess their performance status in each of the seven Baldrige Award categories. "The Performance Challenge" is a fee-based service that consists of 105 questions that are completed by a pre-determined number of an organization's employees. Results are tabulated and a comprehensive Feedback Report is prepared for administrators and staff so that they can develop vital next steps in their strategic planning process.
