Vocational English As a Second Language-Regional Partners College of the Desert’s Vocational English As a Second Language (VESL) was designed to focus on improving workplace English for limited English speaking individuals. The VESL program offers training relevant to the occupational areas of construction, care giving, cosmetology and hospitality.
