Our Construction Technology curriculum is under constant review by our Advisory Committee. The curriculum is directed to provide an opportunity to obtain an A.S. Degree that is transferable to a four-year university or a Certificate of Proficiency that will provide basic construction skills. Our program is centered around our homebuilding project which provides students an opportunity to work on an actual house under the guidance of Cuesta instructors and professional tradespeople. Construction Technology students will learn the basics of residential and commercial construction in classroom and lab environments and also with local industry experts in our Internship Program.
