Citrus Public Works Program of Study

The Maintenance Superintendents Association (MSA) endorses the Citrus College Public Works
Certificate of Achievement.

Public works employees have one of the most important jobs in today’s society: developing and maintaining a safe and healthy infrastructure.

Education and training are essential.The Public Works program is designed to prepare students who wish to seek entry level employment in the Public Works industry or qualify for a more responsible position within the field. The Citrus College Public Works program offers two 18-unit Certificates of Achievement.

Other objectives:  To provide courses required for students to complete the Public Works Certificate of Achievement.
To provide classes to upgrade skills for students currently employed.
