Chabot College uses a reader board over the freeway stating “Open to the Public.” “We also are open to the general public in the Career Center. The Job Fair is open to the public. We coordinate with local agencies. We have collaboration with the city and have an electronic board over the freeway with a notice regarding our job fair. We have signs, banners and notices around the community; and, a board over the freeway that states: open to public.” Terrance Thompson, Job Placement Coordinator, Chabot College. .
