Chabot College’s Employment and Career Services Center's job postings are by major-making it easier for students to search for jobs. For example, normally a specialty major would have to search jobs for biology by type, i.e. science. “Here we put biology in its own binder. Students go straight to the major binder. The binder is in the center. There are 14 binders and a general-labor binder is provided.” Terrance Thompson, Job Placement Coordinator, Chabot College.
