Cabrillo College held a Teaching and Curriculum Development Session for faculty in January 2002, which highlighted best practices in curriculum development and innovative teaching practices. Topics included learning outcomes, online and tele-courses, work-based learning, service learning, learning communities and new program development. A description of the workshop was presented in the spring 2002 President’s newsletter, The Catalyst.
