Antelope Valley College actively delivers accurate and timely information to students and staff visiting the Career Center. "While providing a warm, friendly, and knowledgeable atmosphere, we have sent mass mailings out to the community. We have conducted center tours; created campus-wide e-mail communications; disseminated center services flyers; held high school orientations; produced ads for AVC’s schedule of classes, catalog, and student handbook; received referrals from other campus departments and off campus sites, (schools and career-related establishments in the area), and we have been actively promoted by our campus Outreach Department, (they visit area schools and attend various community functions)."
